Hulme co-founded the company in 1990 and has been its sole shareholder and CEO since 2000. It is now the largest residential real estate company in California, with 1,300+ agents producing over $10.4 billion in sales. Born on a farm in Utah, Hulme graduated from the University of Utah, and served in the U.S. Air Force.

President and CEO, BHHS California Realty
Cabot served as one of Prudential's most successful office managers for 16 years before he was tapped to become President and CEO of BHHS California Realty. He leads one of the largest brokerages in the country with 3,400 sales associates in 59 offices throughout Southern and Central California.

President and CEO, First Team Real Estate
In 1976 Merage founded First Team Real Estate in Orange County, CA. As President and CEO, he has grown it into one of the largest independent real estate firms in California, with 1,700+ agents that produces over $5.8 billion annually, specializing in the sale of residential properties valued at $2 million and up.

Executive Vice President, NRT West
He leads NRT's operations in Northern California, Colorado, Utah, and Hawaii, from sales training to real estate management and career guidance training. In the late 80's he became an owner of Contempo Realty, successfully growing it until it was acquired by the NRT. He also founded the Children's Gaucher Research Fund.

Leibovitch heads one of the top residential real estate firms in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, with 1,100+ agents and over $3.6 billion in annual sales. He began selling real estate at 23 and forged a brokerage out of his garage in 1986. His company's celebrity and other listings are regularly featured in the LA Times and E! News.

Chairman, BH&G Mason-McDuffie Real Estate
He leads a team of 1,100+ agents in 30 offices and has grown the company from $1 to $3 billion in sales. Krafchow has been closely involved with the development of WebTop Intranet, his company's technology platform for generating leads and creating efficient business processes. RISMedia awarded him the Leadership Award in 2012.

Executive Vice President, NRT Southwest and Sacramento Region

President, Lyon Real Estate
With 20+ years of real estate sales and leadership experience Shea now heads up Lyon Real Estate and has helped grow the company significantly in the Greater Sacramento Area, to almost 1,000 agents conducting over $2.5 billion in annual sales. He holds a BSBA from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
