The CalBRE Forms library is a great benefit for C.A.R. members, especially brokers who manage offices. In the course of running a real estate brokerage or a mortgage lending business certain Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) forms must be completed and either submitted to the BRE, provided to clients or kept by the brokerage or lender in order to comply with mandatory record keeping requirements. The CalBRE Forms Library contains the most commonly used licensing, mortgage lending and trust fund forms, conveniently grouped into categories, all in one place, so members won’t have to search through the hundreds of forms on the BRE website to find the ones they need.
