3Unless otherwise noted, Service Area(s) are those locations the mediator will travel to without charge for travel fees and costs, provided the parties have arranged for suitable conference space for the entire day of the mediation. In general, suitable conference space will include access to a separate conference room for each party to the mediation in a quiet environment where confidentiality may reasonably be maintained.
