Vanessa Bergmark
VanessaBergmark.A native New Yorker, Vanessa started her career in real estate in 2003 as a sales agent, moving into management just one year later.  For three years she ran a large franchise, growing it to the #2 in profitability in the Northern CA region.  In the 2007 downturn she left to manage a small, independent brokerage, one year later becoming General Manager of the entire company, and ultimately acquiring the 35 year old brokerage with her partner in 2010.  Since then, she has rebranded  and reshaped the entire organization, moving it from 12th in market share to number 3 in just 4 years.  Presently, she oversees the 80 sales agents in two offices located in Berkeley and Oakland, CA.  She has spoken about branding, culture and agent retention at several organizations and conferences including ICSF, ICNY, NAR, CAR and Who's Who in Luxury.  In 2013 she was named as one of Inman's 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate. She currently resides in Oakland,CA with her husband and two young children.

Tiffany Combs
Tiffany Combs.Tiffany Combs is co-founder and partner of Climb Real Estate. As the Managing Broker, she has vast broker experience to help sellers and buyers navigate all transactions. She is a Top Producer with Climb, and has built her reputation on superior customer service and impressive sales records. Tiffany has closed hundreds of transactions in the past decade and managed sales teams closing in excess of $600,000,000 a year. Tiffany has a genuine passion for real estate, understands the need for distinctive representation, and works endlessly to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
Tiffany has served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors. She is very involved with the local San Francisco Association of Realtors and served on the Board of Directors, Budget and Finance Committee, Education Committee and was formerly a member of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Associates. She has been a Top Producer with every Brokerage she has worked for, including Vanguard Properties Top 21 Club, Pacific Marketing Associates and Climb Real Estate. Tiffany has been interviewed as an authority on the real estate market for both radio and news stations and was recently a speaker at the CAR Long Beach Conference and at the prestigious global Inman Conference. She has been asked to speak at NAR and events in Asia for Top Producers.

Mark Dilbeck
markdilbeck.Mark, like his father, Ray, before him, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dilbeck Real Estate, placing high value on honesty and the commitment that comes with a handshake. He is proud of leading an organization dedicated to consistently exceeding expectations. Giving back to the community is important to Mark. He was instrumental in developing the Dilbeck & Associated Charitable Foundation and serves as its Chairman. He has volunteered his time for a variety of organizations. Mark has served as Director of the California Association of REALTORS®, the Glendale Association of REALTORS®, Wescom Credit Union, a local Chapter of the American Red Cross and other organizations. He has also served on a myriad of committees in the real estate, financial and legal arenas, including as Chairman of C.A.R.’s Educational Services Advisory Committee, Chairman of C.A.R.’s Legal Affairs Forum and Chairman of C.A.R.’s Legal Action Fund Trustees.
A former member of Young Presidents’ Organization, Mark now belongs to a graduate chapter. Prior to joining Dilbeck Real Estate, Mark worked several years for a downtown L.A. law firm, including a year abroad on a loan to an international firm in Sydney, Australia.

Andrew Greenwell
Andrew Greenwell.Andrew Greenwell grew up knowing he wanted to be a Realtor. After founding his own brokerage at the age of 19, Andrew grew it to three offices while simultaneously finishing his college degree. In 2007, he was named one of Realtor Magazine’s “Top 30 Realtors in America Under 30.” While not traveling around the world to speak on the real estate industry, Andrew keeps busy in the Bay Area with his numerous real estate ventures.

Rob Hahn
Rob Hahn.Rob Hahn is the founder and Managing Partner of 7DS Associates – a strategy consulting firm specializing in creative solutions rooted in strategic analysis and data. His most recent venture, Neighborhood Advocates, helps REALTOR Associations grassroots mobilization and member engagement. With a varied background from finance, corporate law, technology, product development, media and entertainment, startups, fashion and even as a professional card player, Rob brings a unique perspective to business problems. Rob started in real estate at a specialized commercial real estate investment firm looking at aviation properties, and moved on to Realogy, where he headed the interactive marketing for Coldwell Banker Commercial. Rob writes the well-known blog Notorious R.O.B., where he opines on topics in real estate, technology, marketing, social media, and strategy through far-too-long posts. He is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in Philosophy at a time when Wall St. Philosophy Banks were not hiring, and decided to add a law degree from NYU along with student loans the size of a good mortgage.

Rainy Hake
Rainy Hake.Rainy Hake has nearly 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. In her current role as Executive Vice President, Ms. Hake is in charge of overseeing the Technology, Marketing, Training and Strategy departments for Alain Pinel Realtors and reports directly to President, Founder and CEO, Paul Hulme. As part of the executive management team, Ms. Hake is charged with the task of coordinating the strategic efforts of these departments, keeping Alain Pinel Realtors on the forefront of marketing and technology within the Bay Area real estate industry. She is responsible for driving the corporate brand identity and managing the marketing, advertising, PR, and communication strategies for the firm in both traditional and emerging forms of media. Additionally, Ms. Hake manages the cutting-edge training and mentoring programs Alain Pinel Realtors provides to their exceptional agents. Overall, Ms. Hake pioneers the strategic roadmap for the firm in all areas of operation. Ms. Hake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of California at Berkeley and earned a Masters in Business Administration in International Marketing and Strategic Planning from the University of Oxford, England.

Roger Herman
RogerHerman.Roger A. Herman is the Owner, President and CEO of The Herman Group, a firm specializing in a myriad of real estate services. Prior to the formation of The Herman Group, Mr. Herman was President of Prudential Florida WCI Realty, an operating subsidiary of the publicly traded company on the NYSE “WCI”. Mr. Herman aligned the Prudential brand with WCI on July 1, 1999. He started that company with 60 agents, 3 offices and approximately $100 million in sales. Over the next 5 years, Mr. Herman grew the company to 32 offices and over 1500 agents and employees with sales volume in 2004 of $4.1 billion. Steve Murray

Bernice Ross
Bernice Ross.Nationally syndicated columnist, author, trainer, and speaker, Bernice Ross couples her expertise as a Master Certified Coach with 30 years of real estate sales experience. With over 1,000 published articles and two best selling real estate books to her credit, Inman News called Bernice, “America’s top real estate coach.” During her tenure as Executive Director of Training, Bernice’s new and experienced agent training programs lead the 4,000 agent Jon Douglas Company to become the top producing company per agent in the United States.

Heidi Rickerd-Rizzo
Heidi Rickerd Rizzo.With over 34 years of real estate experience, Heidi has an extensive background in property management, investment sales, exchanges, commercial and residential leasing, residential resale and relocation. She was a founding partner and President of Bayside Management in Marin County for 20 years and is currently the Vice President/Principal of Terra Firma Global Partners with offices in Napa, Sonoma and Marin Counties.  Heidi was also a Broker Associate and the SVP/Regional Manager Wine Country for Pacific Union real estate in Marin and Napa Valley prior to launching Terra Firma Global Partners. Her long career in the industry is reflective of her skill set, respect in the real estate community and her satisfied client experiences.  Committed to growing and learning in the industry at all times, Heidi is an avid organized real estate participant which allows her to be in front of trends and industry standards, laws and consumer issues both locally, state wide and nationally. Ryan Secrist
Ryan Secrist.Ryan is on purpose about coaching and consulting others towards building successful teams and sustainable businesses. As a top producer himself, he currently oversees operations of two Keller Williams Realty offices in the South Bay area of Los Angeles with 400 agents and 726 million in closed production. His upbeat leadership style and passion for models/systems has influenced many towards goal achievement, resulting 163% in profits in over one year.
