If you opt not to renew AIR CRE Contracts and you want to view your old files, you’ll need to save your current transactions as read-only PDFs outside of zipForm® by your library expiration date. To do this, export the contracts to another location, such as in pdf format on your computer’s hard drive, a CD-ROM or some other external storage medium.

If you do renew AIR CRE Contracts, you will be able to view AIR CRE Contracts in previous transactions as read-only inside of zipForm®. If you need to edit those contracts, it is suggested that you add the newest version of that contract from AIR CRE and delete the previous version from AIRWF.
