2. Your Guide to the California RPA and Related Forms
This non-credit course is a line-by-line review of the latest version of the entire California Residential Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions (RPA).

3. All About Disclosures
Understand the use of disclosures in a real estate transaction that is typically seen in a residential transaction. 

4. REALTOR® Code of Ethics - Spotlight on Articles 1, 2, and 3
This course meets the specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and fulfills the requirement to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within two-year cycles.

This course is a review of Articles 1, 2, and 3 of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. You'll better understand the Ethics standards and be provided with the Ethics training required by the National Association of REALTORS®.

5. Beneath the Surface: Understanding the Anatomy of a Home
A course designed to help you better serve your clients while increasing your confidence when asked questions regarding the construction of a home. You will learn about the structure of houses, both new and existing, and focus on how floors, walls, and roofs are built. This course will empower you to give accurate generic construction information to your clients without taking on personal liability while recognizing when to defer to the assistance of qualified experts.

The intensive and interactive, live six-hour mentoring training will help boost, improve, protect, and make your real estate business more profitable. You’ll learn how to work with sellers to price their listing effectively and how to navigate through the real estate transaction from start to finish, including a detailed step-by-step instruction about how to complete the C.A.R. Form Residential Listing Agreement (RLA) and Seller’s Advisory (SA).

You'll go through the details for each section on every page of the RPA-CA, as well as the many pages of addenda that can be attached to the RPA: The course goes on to cover special situations during the real estate transaction. After reviewing the latest RPA form, the next section of the course will cover each of the more than 60 addenda forms that real estate agents can attach to the RPA.

In the "All About Disclosures" course you will review approximately 30 disclosure requirements that are typically seen in a residential 1-4 transaction item by item. The course will help you understand the reasons behind the disclosures, when the disclosures must be made, and when they might be exempted. Take this course to help better serve your buyers and sellers along with protecting yourself from personal liability.

You will learn about the history of the Code of Ethics as well as the aspirational concepts in the Preamble to the Code of Ethics. You'll learn the structure of the Code and its supporting materials, and then compare it to the concept of general business ethics. The course provides interactive learning methods such as case studies and group discussion of fact scenarios, this is to help you identify possible violations of the Code of Ethics, specifically related to Articles 1, 2, and 3.
