Course description:
This course will provide REALTORS® with an understanding of what constitutes a resource efficient property, how a resource efficient property is appraised, and how they can help facilitate the process to sell properties at a premium. This course is being offered to help REALTORS® demonstrate the value of green/energy efficient properties by giving them insight as to how appraisers work and give value to these features.

Renewal Requirement:

Members who took Certification courses and received their certification in 2018 and prior years (i.e. 2017, 2016, etc.) are encouraged (but not required) to take the renewal course since information within the real estate industry is constantly being updated and changing. Members who take the Certification courses in 2019 and beyond (i.e. 2020, 2021, etc.) will be required by C.A.R. Education to take a renewal course every two years to maintain their certification.
