C.A.R. User Content Standards
We have made the following rules for posting user content so that everyone who attends C.A.R. virtual events can feel safe and welcome. Whether or not you choose to contribute to the discussion in our virtual events (and we hope you do!), we will require every user to agree to follow these rules. Our staff will try to monitor user content to make sure that all users follow these rules at all times during C.A.R. virtual events. We have also reserved some rights, explained below, to make sure that we can provide a fun, safe and professional environment for all our virtual event attendees.
Our rules for user content contributions are as follows:
We have the right to remove or prevent any user chat posting for any or no reason in our sole discretion. We also may take any action with respect to a user and any or all of that user’s chat postings that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that the user has violated our Website Terms of Use, including these C.A.R. User Content Standards, threatens the personal safety of the public or other users of C.A.R. websites, or could create liability for C.A.R. and its affiliates.
However, we cannot review all material before it is posted and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party. We have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in these rules.
