The Real Estate Business Services, LLC is looking for a Product Support Coordinator. The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting several smaller product lines in the Transactional Products area, by organizing existing client lists, developing new client lists, creating targeted marketing pieces, and maintaining a marketing schedule. This position will also work with customers to make sure the product is delivered and provide support as needed. Responsibilities also include launching new products outlined in next year’s budget objectives. This will require research and recommendations to develop the products and supporting the marketing and delivery of new products. In addition, the Product Support Coordinator will assist the Education Department by supporting two NAR educational programs and will help implement program improvements and create a marketing plan designed to meet revenue targets.


  • Identify current and potential new customers for current programs, create marketing for the program and improve client tracking. Handle customer inquiries.
  • Identify potential new customers for the Print on Demand Program. Create marketing and make calls to potential Association customers. Update the Print on Demand customer platform as needed. Assist the Department head with researching the expansion of this program to replace all printed forms sold under Transactional Products.
  • Coordinate the production of three new publications in the department, working with authors to meet deadlines, launching publications in print and digital format, and creating marketing for the new publications.
  • Coordinate the production of Form Guides in multiple languages. Make inquiries to translation services and work with C.A.R. Legal to convert frequently used guides into multiple languages.
  • Work with C.A.R. Education to promote NAR educational programs, including the GRI designation and the Learning Library. Identify most popular programs, and work with Education Staff to schedule and promote these programs in ways that will be compatible with C.A.R. Education course offerings.


  • Four-year degree or Two-year degree working towards completion of a four-year degree

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Some general business experience, sales and marketing experience, experience in real estate industry a plus

Skills Required:

  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Ability to function effectively in a variety of challenging situations and circumstances, including difficult project deadlines, demanding customers, tight budgets, and evolving goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
  • Excellent work ethic and attendance.
  • Consistency in giving feedback regarding work progress, timetable and issues.
