The Real Estate Business Services is looking for a Business Development Coordinator.  The REBS Business Development Coordinator is responsible for working with the business development team to implement and support new product/service development and marketing partnership opportunities for increased revenue generation.  Ongoing collaboration with dozens of external partner relationships is an active critical role for this position.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, is comfortable with new technology, is creative and solution oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment managing concurrent projects.  Most importantly, the candidate is supportive of REALTORS® and their role in the real estate industry.


  • Work with business development team to evaluate, onboard and coordinate various business partnerships and programs.
  • Coordinate with multiple external partners to ensure successful implementation and ongoing marketing under the program.This includes active participation in planning, branding, messaging, marketing and promotional collateral development with partners and internal team.
  • Coordinate tracking and reporting of marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within both REBS and C.A.R. to optimize program success and synergies with other internal initiatives and programs.
  • Utilize project management software tools to work effectively within the team structure (Notion, Trello)
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or project coordination role.
  • Real estate industry experience desirable.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Slack and Zoom.
  • To start, position will require remote work. Transition to in office work (at least part-time and as requested from management) may be required later in 2021.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently analyze, identify and implement solutions, while keeping stakeholders and leaders informed.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
  • Excellent work ethic and attendance.
