Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To:  Member Mobilization Director
Group: Government Affairs

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative Support to the REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF) program, Housing Affordability Fund (HAF), Member Mobilization programs and Government Affairs Field Program.  The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 


  • Support the preparation of materials for both the RAF & HAF booth at the Winter/Spring/Fall business meetings
  • Support RAF’s fundraising efforts, including Major Donors
  • Prepare correspondence, in relation to donor status for both HAF and RAF, event and meeting information, HAF statewide programs or other member inquires
  • Schedule meetings for the various programs and field team including, conference calls, in person meetings offsites/training and other meetings
  • Prepare PowerPoints for various programs
  • Prepare meeting materials for the various committees, and other industry related meetings
  • Use a multitude of database systems to review and update member records, to be reflective of various programmatic efforts
  • Keep the webpage content updated, for the various programs
  • Complete special projects or ad-hoc reports
  • Answer the phones
  • Order supplies for team members
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
  • AA Degree or least 1-2 years at an accredited BA or 3-4 years’ experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively with co-workers, customers and others in a constructive and positive manner.
  • Excellent work ethic and attendance.
  • Attention detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sound judgment, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
