Title: Advertising Assistant
Group: Communications
Reports to: Advertising Sales Director


The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is looking for a tech savvy advertising assistant to join our marketing team. The part time advertising assistant interfaces with clients, manages digital ad trafficking, and supports the advertising team. The ideal candidate has previous work experience in media production and/or digital ad trafficking. We’re looking for a friendly person with a positive attitude, a reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn new processes.

Traffic and track digital ads, and interact with clients as necessary
Interface with clients, manage ad submissions.
Implement and traffic digital ad campaigns on websites and e-pubs.
Monitor delivery, track results.
Support for day-to-day operational issues.

College degree preferred.
Extremely well organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Creative problem solver.
Fast learner.
Able to multitask high-priority client deliverables.
Exceptional follow-through skills with ability to prioritize and meet ongoing deadlines.
Self-motivated and focused.
Excellent customer service.
Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
Internet savvy. HTML knowledge a plus. Photoshop a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding customer service orientation. Ability to function effectively in a variety of challenging situations and circumstances, including difficult project deadlines, demanding customers, tight budgets, and evolving goals and objectives.
Ability to work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
Excellent work ethic and attendance.
Consistency in giving feedback regarding work progress, timetable and issues.
