Through your vote, C.A.R.'s ability to protect your business is strengthened. When REALTORS® are engaged in the electoral process, elected officials listen to our concerns.

GET INTO POLITICS OR GET OUT OF BUSINESS: The decisions made by elected officials affect REALTORS®' lives every day; from the taxes we pay, to the roads we drive on, to the schools our children attend. That‘s why it's important to participate in the political process and choose elected officials by exercising your right to vote!

We are the REALTOR® PARTY OF CALIFORNIA, a committed movement of real estate professionals fighting to keep the dream of homeownership alive in California and throughout the country.    We value the ideals of homeownership, private property rights, free enterprise and responsible government.  Now more than ever, it is critical for REALTORS® across California to come together and speak about the stability that a sound and dynamic real estate market brings to this state and nation. From our city halls to Washington D.C., our elected officials are making decisions that impact REALTORS® and their clients. Through the support of our members, the REALTOR® PARTY OF CALIFORNIA will continue to represent our industry's interests. As a member of the REALTOR® PARTY OF CALIFORNIA, you will:

  1. Register to vote online here. If you are not currently registered to vote, to request a paper voter registration application be mailed to you, please call (800) 345-VOTE(8683). Paper Voter registration forms are also available at  your county elections office, library, Department of Motor Vehicles offices, or U.S. post office.

  2. Vote by mail. A Vote by Mail Application can be found here. Registered voters can also apply for an absentee ballot by mail.  Applications must be returned to your county elections official. Find the address for your county here.

  3. Voter registration deadline is February 17, 2020.
