C.A.R. has created guidance to assist members in completing post-PUA application certification and other information.

This document is not intended to provide legal advice, but rather general information to assist members in completing their certifications with accurate information about their own situations. We have not been able to explore every menu and question/answer combination, so we are not representing that this guide will be accurate for your situation. Further, C.A.R. will not respond with guidance on how you should answer questions particular to your situation. General questions regarding the certification process should be directed to the COVID Relief Hotline at 213-351-8450 or [email protected].

C.A.R. would like to express its gratitude to the many members who have informed us of their experiences after submitting PUA claims, and who have provided C.A.R. staff with screen shots of various aspects of the certification and other post-claim processes.  This guide would not be possible without their assistance.
