The Role:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist to join our strong and growing Information Technology group at the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.). This person will work in conjunction with the application development team and will be responsible for monitoring, testing and proposing solutions to correct and improve C.A.R.s applications and processes to meet established standards. This role will also train other staff on the new features that are being tested prior to release.
The Quality Assurance and Training Specialist creates test plans and test cases for the web properties at C.A.R. and reviews applications and technical specifications implemented at C.A.R. The application portfolio is very broad ranging from communication tools to mobile applications, internal data processing applications, database applications, and applications that support our members’ specific business. The Quality Assurance and Training Specialist will plan, prioritize, and coordinate the testing process. Lots of variety – you won’t be bored!
