The Role:
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk & Technical Training Coordinator to join our Information Technology team! The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge and will take pride in providing Helpdesk support and technical training to C.A.R. staff with an attitude of outstanding customer service with every interaction. You will be a key member of the Information Technology team, and your ability to learn and contribute are only limited by your initiative and motivation!

Technical Training:
Develop and conduct technical training for new software rollouts and create training videos and how-to reference guides.
Conduct both live and recorded training presentations and webinars.
Learn new technologies and maintain a keen understanding of training trends and best practices.
Review training programs to ensure content remains current and is delivering the expected results and a high-quality educational experience.
