The RAF Administrative Assistant provides support to the REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF) program and members of the fundraising team. RAF allows the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) to support REALTORS® best interests in the political and legislative space, and the RAF Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in executing projects to push these efforts forward. The successful candidate will have excellent clerical and administrative skills, strong communication skills, and tech savviness.

Responsibilities
• Prepare all local AOR fundraising flyers and track their success
• Prepare materials for the RAF booth at the Winter/Spring/Fall business meetings.
• Prepare renewal notices for all Major Donors both members and local AORs
• Track and update new and existing Major Donors and their status using AI360 and Excel
• Prepare correspondence to the Major Donors
• Prepare PowerPoints for various meetings and trainings
• Prepare meeting materials for the REALTOR® Action Fund committee
• Keep the RAF website updated
• Cover phones for the team

• Handle logistics for events as needed


Requirements
• 2-3 years of college or 5 years’ experience.
• Some experience with InDesign and Adobe Acrobat
• Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding customer service orientation.
• Ability to function effectively in a variety of challenging situations and circumstances, including difficult project deadlines, demanding customers, tight budgets, and evolving goals and objectives.
• Ability to work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
• Excellent work ethic and attendance.
• Consistency in giving feedback regarding work progress, timetable and issues.

This is a part time job working 20 hours per week.
