We’ve taken the best local forms from two zipForm® form libraries and combined them into one! Best of all, it’s available to all California REALTORS®. If you’re a member with the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR), you received the new “SFCA: San Francisco Association of REALTORS®” forms on Monday, August 3 in your zipForm® account automatically. All other California REALTORS® may shop for the new SFCA forms in their zipForm® account by going to the shopping cart and adding it for free. SFCA replaces SFAR’s SFAR forms library as well as CAR’s CARSF forms. You should start using SFCA immediately as the other two libraries won’t be available after October 1. If you have a SFAR or CARSF form in a transaction as of October 1, it will be read-only for the remainder of the year. Don’t forget to update your templates with the new forms in SFCA!
SFCA is a library of C.A.R. Standard Forms specifically for the local San Francisco market. The library consists of forms and disclosure booklets including a San Francisco oriented purchase agreement along with forms reflecting local ordinances and disclosures.
Benefits of using CARSF forms:
Will I be able to see the previous SFAR forms in my old transactions after October 1, 2015?
Yes. SFAR members will still have access to view existing transactions with SFAOR forms in PDF version. Members will not be able to edit the old forms, but can access the SFCA forms to edit. . Beginning October 1, 2015, you no longer have access to the old SFAOR forms in your zipForm®.
How Much do the forms cost?
All C.A.R. Members receive the library FREE of charge.
