Course Description
This course presents the principles, strategies, and systems that can be implemented to help agents successfully start working in luxury real estate and help luxury homeowners sell their home faster and for more money. Gain advanced techniques for helping luxury homeowners sell their homes and “stand out” from the competition.

You will understand why personality traits are vital for lead conversion and negotiating with today’s consumers. Learn common marketing mistakes that are made while marketing and negotiating on a seller’s behalf that can harm clients and customers. Discover the techniques to have a potential client presold on your marketing BEFORE meeting with them.

Your Certificate:
After all requirements have been met (see below), the following day participants will be automatically awarded a certificate and logo for marketing purposes. These will be sent to the email attached to their www.OnlineEd.com profile. Once certified, students may add the certification logo to business cards, websites, email signatures, blogs, promotional materials, and more.

Requirements:
To earn your certificate you must complete the course and exam with a passing score.

All C.A.R. Education certifications expire 2 years from the date they were awarded and anyone who wishes to renew must retake the course. The courses are updated regularly so that new information is available to new and returning agents and members.
