The Housing Affordability Fund (HAF) is thrilled to announce an exciting virtual Holiday Cooking Class featuring our C.A.R. Officers.
Join us on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Our very own C.A.R. Officers will be your hosts for this delightful event. They'll be crafting their favorite holiday dishes and mixing up festive holiday drinks. Our private and interactive cooking classes offer remote teams a chance to connect outside of the usual work environment, share a unique experience, and embark on a culinary adventure—all from the comfort of your own kitchens. This event provides face-to-face time to interact with our C.A.R. Officers and your team as you ask questions, share stories, and create lasting memories.
For a more immersive experience, choose a dish or two to prepare alongside our officers. Recipe cards will be sent to all guests a week before the event, allowing you ample time to gather your ingredients in advance.

The proceeds from ticket sales will contribute to the Pathway to Homeownership Closing Cost Assistance Grant Program, which assists first-time homebuyers from underserved communities in bridging the affordability gap by providing up to $10,000 in closing cost assistance. These grants are extended to low-to-moderate income (120% AMI and below) first-time homebuyers who have engaged the services of a CA REALTOR®. Thanks to your support, we've helped numerous California families turn their dream of homeownership into reality.
