The following instructions should assist you with the recovery process of your Username and Password.  Use this information when you are unable to log into the Web site due to incorrect account information.

To begin, click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of most car.org pages.  On the login page, click the "Forgot Your Info" link. 

Next, select one of the following option:  

"E-mail"  will send an e-mail to the address associated with your account and allow you to reset your Password.  

If you prefer to reset your login info using your membership information, choose the "Last Name & NRDS" option. 

"Cell Phone Validation" let's you send a new Password as a text message to the cell phone on file. 

To reset your login information by answering your preset secret question, select "Secret Question & Answer".
