Who can pay for the team?
Any REALTOR® member of the team can place the order and pay the annual fees. There are no refunds if a team member leaves before the account expires.
What happens to an agent's transactions if he/she leaves the team?
The user must export any transactions they wish to keep to their single-user account from C.A.R. (accessed by logging in at www.car.org) before leaving the team. Once the user is deleted from the team, they will no longer have access.
Can a REALTOR® exist on two teams?

Do all team members need to have the same form libraries?
Will my current transactions and templates automatically be inside of the new the team account?
No, it is a separate account. You will need to export/import any transactions you're currently working on into the Team Edition to allow other team members to see and work on them.
