Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who can pay for the team? A: Any REALTOR® member of the team can place the order and pay the annual fees. There are no refunds if a team member leaves before the account expires.
Q: What happens to an agent's transactions if he/she leaves the team? A: The user must export any transactions they wish to keep to their single-user account from C.A.R. (accessed by logging in at www.car.org) before leaving the team. Once the user is deleted from the team, they will no longer have access.
Q: Can a REALTOR® exist on two teams? A: No.
Q: Does zipVault® exist in the team? A: Yes, you'll be able to share document storage features.
Q: Do all team members need to have the same form libraries? A: Yes.
Q: Will my current transactions and templates automatically be inside of the new the team account? A: No, it is a separate account. You will need to export/import any transactions you're currently working on into the Team Edition to allow other team members to see and work on them.
