Approving documents and files online streamlines the file review process, reduces paperwork, and provides a smooth and easy closing process. Document and Transaction File Approval features allow you to review and approve documents within your office electronically.
Documents or complete files can be flagged for review.
Ability to sign in securely online from anywhere and review documents and files electronically.
Add notes about the overall review and mark a file as approved or not approved.
The agent who owns the transaction receives an email immediately notifying them of the change in approval status and any comments.
If you have Teams in your brokerage, they can access your brokerage's templates, clauses and libraries through zipForm® Plus Team Edition.

Non-Member Admin Accounts Each user of the zipForm® Broker Version is required to enter his/her NRDS ID (NAR Membership ID) upon first login. In the event the broker has an assistant or transaction coordinator that needs an account to assist the broker, the fee is $125/non-member unlicensed admin account/year.

Broker Libraries & logos Brokers may digitize their office forms for inclusion in zipForm®. Ease the workflow with auto-population and inclusion in templates.The current rate is $200/page and $50/page for revisions. All agents associated to that brokerage via their NRDS record (NAR membership) or through a Broker version of zipForm® Plus will have access to that library.
C.A.R. will no longer require a legal review of these forms, permitting forms that may be duplicative or in conflict with the C.A.R. standard forms. C.A.R.'s user protection agreement does not cover any Broker Library Forms.
Logos will appear on the top right corner of the forms, including C.A.R. Standard form libraries. The current rate is $200/logo.
