C.A.R. offers zipVault
™ a new document storage for zipForm® 6 as a member benefit
C.A.R. members now have an opportunity to take advantage of a new document storage feature in zipForm® 6, zipVault™.
zipVault™ is an online filing cabinet for members to store unlimited transactional documents online for up to five years within a zipForm® 6 Professional account. Some of the capabilities include document upload and delivery via web, e-mail, fax, or scanning directly to a specific transaction.
Previously, transaction forms created in zipForm® 6 were stored in a zipForm® 6 account for 14 months. With zipVault™, members can save additional documents like MLS listings, personal notes, or brochures and flyers related to the transaction. zipVault™ serves as a digital repository to save all files for a specific transaction.

How long can I store my transactions using zipVault™? zipVault™ is completely safe and legal to use. Records are retained for five years under the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) statutory requirements.
How much does it cost? zipVault™ is available at no cost to C.A.R. members.
