Note: If you've already been certified in one zipForm® Certified Trainer program, your fee is $99/person for any additional zipForm® Certified Trainer course. Local Association Staff also receive the $99/person rate. Local Associations who are interested in hosting a live zipForm® Certified Training class are subject to an additional staff discount. How do I register for the program?
If you are interested in becoming a certified trainer, download the form under the Registration Form. Fill out and fax it to Fatima Sogueco. For location information, click the link under the Location/Direction Column. Space is limited.
