C.A.R. now offers zipLogix Digital Ink ® electronic signatures for free to C.A.R. members. zipLogix Digital Ink ® is a digital signature solution for signing transactional documents within zipForm® 6. zipLogix Digital Ink ® works seamlessly with zipForm® 6, allowing REALTORS® to instantly send real estate forms requiring signatures, and eliminates the cost and time of printing, faxing, or traveling to get paper copies signed.

- Send documents for electronic signature on a mobile device using zipForm Mobile Web Edition
- Check the electronic signature status from a mobile device (who and what is signed)
- Executed documents are automatically saved for 5 years in zipVault® document storage
- View and edit full page documents in portrait mode (Tablet)
- Easily drag-and-drop signatures and other fields onto a document
- Recognizable icons to quickly identify actions and speed up preparation
- Floating tool palettes make it easy either to get to important signature mark-up tools or simply move them out of the way
- Add date fields or signature blocks with the touch of a button

How Much Does it Cost?
zipLogix Digital Ink® electronic signatures is available at no cost to C.A.R. members. 

Non-members who have zipForm® may purchase it for $40 per 10 transactions. Find it under SHOP inside of your zipForm® account.

How Do I Use It?
Hit the “eSign” button under the File menu your zipForm® 6 forms.

Features of the zipLogix Digital Ink® Program Include:

· Pre-defined signature, initial, and date fields on zipForm® 6 documents to facilitate faster document preparation.

· The ability to sign non-zipForm® 6 documents related to the transaction allowing a REALTOR® to e-mail clients broker forms or local disclosure forms that may not be in the zipForm® 6 form library.

· Text boxes that allow clients to insert additional information on forms
