WINForms Online® is a Web-based version of the WINForms® electronic forms software.  The software is designed to make real estate professionals more efficient by automating the forms process and allowing you to quickly and easily create, edit, and complete the forms required for any real estate transaction.

WINForms Online® is different from WINForms® Desktop as follows:

• - WINForms Online® allows you to securely access all your transactions from any computer with an Internet connection.
• - Its software library is automatically updated as it resides on our Web servers instead of your PC. No need to download library updates on a regular basis
• - Template creation tools let you group forms commonly associated with a transaction.
• - Simpler network installation and maintenance -- all that is required is an Internet connection and Web browser.
