• C.A.R. Sample Letter Forms Library
  Members with C.A.R. now have instant access to 24 sample letters written by C.A.R. attorneys. These letters are in response to the most common situations that C.A.R.’s Legal Hotline receives as requests from members to help them prepare a document that can be used to address certain issues arising in a real estate transaction. • California Department of Real Estate Forms Library
  The new C.A.R. DRE Forms library is a great new benefit (especially for brokers and office managers). In the course of running a real estate brokerage or a mortgage lending business, certain DRE forms must be completed and either submitted to the DRE, provided to clients, or kept by the brokerage or lender in order to comply with mandatory record keeping requirements. The C.A.R. DRE Forms Library contains the most commonly used licensing, mortgage lending and trust fund forms. The new DRE library (DREL) is now available inside zipForm® 6. • zipFormMLS-Connect®
  Eliminate duplicate data entry when using zipFormMLS-Connect®. This member benefit integrates data straight from your MLS system into a zipForm® transaction. With a single click fill out the most popular form data fields such as property address, listing agent information and more! If your local Association is not listed, please inquire with your MLS staff about the status of this latest C.A.R. member benefit.  

COMING SOON: ZIPLOGIX DIGITAL INK® FOR ZIPFORM® MOBILE WEB EDITION

Attention tablet users! zipLogix Digital Ink® electronic signatures will soon be available when you access a zipForm® transaction from your tablet device. Look for it under the Signature icon inside of your transaction forms. You’ll get one document back with all signatures attached and it will automatically save inside your zipVault® document storage for 5 years. This is all done from your iPad or other tablet device.

This latest addition is a FREE upgrade to current zipForm® Mobile Web Edition users. You can use zipLogix Digital Ink or TouchSign®, which lets your clients’ use either their finger or a capacitive stylus to sign documents on your touchscreen tablet, starting Wednesday, January 9th. 12 FREE HOURS OF ONLINE CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) COURSES FOR C.A.R. MEMBERS!

C.A.R. is providing all members of the Association 12 FREE hours of online continuing education (CE) courses, as part of the membership dues in 2013.

As a C.A.R. member you can choose the mandatory courses required by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) including Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management.  Or you can choose your electives from other online courses needed to complete the DRE requirements from both Consumer Protection and Consumer Service, plus topics needed to manage and improve your business in today’s market.
