Import Contact Information Directly to the Forms

Check this out! A new feature was released in your zipForm® 6 Professional and Standard editions. The new Transaction Information allows you to paste address book information to the corresponding fields within your transaction. Never again do you have to look up your Title Rep’s address in Outlook®.

As a zipForm® 6 user this new feature is available now! zipForm® 6 Professional users, simply login to your account and start taking advantage of the feature we call "Transaction Information." zipForm® 6 Standard users just update your software when prompted to utilize the new feature.

The address book is also integrated with sending emails, e-signatures, and faxes right from zipForm® 6. No more typing or looking up information when you’re in a hurry. Importing from the address book helps eliminate the need to re-enter information that has been previously saved.  Visit http://support.zipform.com/zf6/6_videos.asp# for instructions on how to import and export in your zipForm® 6 Address Book.

Free E-Fax Feature in zipVault™

zipVault™, your online document member benefit has more features than you think. Did you know that documents can be faxed into your zipForm® account by using the Fax Coversheet option? The zipVault™ Fax Coversheet has a special code printed on it that tells zipForm® which transaction the documents being faxed over belongs to.

To use this feature, click on the “FAX COVERSHEET” icon located in the zipVault™ tab. Then click on one of the following three options:

• View/Print Fax Coversheet - Allows you to view and print the fax coversheet so that you may fax documents into your account, or you can give the fax coversheet to a client for them to fax documents into your account.
• Send Fax Coversheet by Email - Allows you to send the fax coversheet to a client by email so that they can print it out and fax documents into your account.
• Send Fax Coversheet by Fax - Allows you to fax the fax coversheet to a client so that they can fax documents into your account.
• Please Note: If the transaction is open during the time that the documents are sent, you may not see them in the document list. Click on the “Refresh” button in the zipVault™ Documents tab to refresh the list of documents.
