while, you might be delightfully surprised at the new changes. Recently, the
user interface was modified to make searching for a form much easier. You can
click on the Latest Revision button to view the recent updates available on
your C.A.R. Forms library.
Now you can
also see drafts of the
recent form revisions as well as the specific changes to those forms. Select a
Form name to view blue line drafts of the April 2009 Forms Revisions.
Click on the
?
button at any time to see the
explanation of the texts.

More Additions to ePUBS™ for
WINForms®
On July 1, agents will be able to access the newest ePUBS™
for WINForms® enhancement, the Green Living brochure. The latest addition to
the ePUBS™ for
WINForms® library is loaded with helpful green tips for any
homeowner. Send it to your buyer once they’ve purchased their new home or
send it to existing clients as a prospecting tool. The Green Living brochure is
easily emailed as a PDF file and contains a host of tips and tricks for the
environmentally conscious client. The green advice doesn’t stop at the front
door, though – also included is sage advice for green gift giving, shopping,
and even the work commute!
The Green Living brochure is the latest addition in the
effort to enhance the value of the ePUBS™ for WINForms® library. In April,
three new titles were added: a foreclosure Q&A, a short sale Q&A, and
The Commercial Property Owner’s Guide to Earthquake Safety (and separate
signature file). Look for more new content later this year.

C.A.R. Education’s Face2Face™ Interactive Video
Education C.A.R. Education introduces Face2Face, a new distance
learning video conferencing program. Face2Face delivers dynamic,
interactive training to REALTORS® at four local associations in
California simultaneously. The live presentation will be sent via video
to the local association in real-time, allowing every member to see and
hear the same thing at the same time, for the ultimate learning
experience. Students can instantly respond and interact with the
instructor through this approach.
A wide array of course topics will be
offered, including NAR designations such as the Green, Seniors
Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and the
Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designations, along with C.A.R.
