Introducing, the new and improved C.A.R. web site. Here you will find Quick Links to your favorite C.A.R. resources including, WINForms® , Client Direct™ , RELAY® , Forms Advisor™ and more! Have the vital tools needed to remain successful in    today’s challenging market. Visit www.car.org to access our exclusive CAR members-only access. Member benefits are available on this site by clicking on Register . After clicking the Register link, verify that you are a C.A.R. Member or an Association of REALTOR® staff, then proceed by clicking on Continue .

On the User Registration page, you will need to register your account. Click on “I have a Username and Password” or you may create a new account by clicking on “I do not have a Username and Password.” When finished, click on Continue.  Provide your Username and Password from the old www.car.org Web site. Click Continue when finished.

After the system verifies your member information, you may re-use your old username and password for the new site or pick a new one entirely. You can also add your cell phone number to reset your password via text message.  Click Continue when finished. One of new features when registering is the “Preference” page. On this page, you have the option to build your C.A.R. member profile. Click Continue when finished.  When your registration is complete, re-enter your Username and Password to log in to C.A.R. Web site.

There are different ways to access your WINForms® applications. The first method is by selecting WINForms® Desktop or WINForms Online® buttons under Quick Links. You can also access these tools by going to Tools & Resources on the main page of C.A.R. site.

Forms Advisor™: New C.A.R. Member Benefit

Forms Advisor™ is the online tool that helps you identify which C.A.R. standard forms to use and how to complete them. Forms Advisor™ features C.A.R. Forms Tutor™, which provides audio and text instructions for completing the forms as well as legal Q&A component.

Using Forms Advisor™ is easy. You enter the phase of the transaction that you are in and complete transaction specific questions. Forms Advisor™ directs you to relevant forms for that type of transaction. The process is fast and simple to use. This is for C.A.R. members only.

FREE WINForms® Webinar Training

WINForms ® is now offering additional training to all its users. This free monthly training is designed to benefit everyone from first-time WINForms® users to the more experienced looking for additional functionality.

WINForms Online® Training for DRE Credit

You can now receive 3 hours of Consumer Service credit towards your Department of Real Estate continuing education requirement by taking a live C.A.R.-sponsored WINForms Online® class. C.A.R. staff teach the class and provide certificates, along with a WINForms® All-In-One Manual.

The WINForms® department is now offering a one-day course for WINForms® Certified Training that will include instruction for both the Desktop and Online versions.

This program is designed for anyone who wants to be an instructor of WINForms® . Course features will give you working knowledge of the software and insight to the training skills that are vital to teaching others. Along with account access, your name will be advertised at www.winforms.com/certificate/ as a WINForms® certified trainer.
