UPCOMING CHANGE TO BROKER VERSION OF ZIPFORM®
To ensure that only active C.A.R. members are accessing zipForm®, an upcoming software update will require each agent that logs into a zipForm® Broker Version to enter his/her NRDS ID. zipForm® will save the NRDS ID and check against the user’s membership record each time the software is accessed (as is done when agents login through C.A.R.’s website for zipForm®). Any non-member administrative users, such transaction coordinators and unlicensed assistants, will need to purchase an account at $99/year. This will eliminate the need for the broker to collect and remit NRDS IDs during zipForm® Broker Version renewal times. Additionally, you’ll have access to unlimited agent “seats” or accounts. C.A.R. will be contacting you to migrate over to this new system. All brokers will need to perform the software update prior to March 31, 2013. Beginning April 1, any user that doesn’t have a NRDS ID (with the exception of the paid administrator users) will not be able to log into zipForm®.

MISSED THE CODE OF ETHICS TRAINING DEADLINE?
Members who did not complete required Code of Ethics training before the December 31, 2012, deadline will be suspended from membership by their local boards. While suspended, you can still access Realtor.org to satisfy your training, but other membership services and privileges are affected.
