Oracle has released a new Java update on Tuesday, April 16, which has created an incompatibility issue with the zipForm® 6 Professional application. Any Java-based application, including zipForm® 6 Professional may be affected by Oracle's most recent update. While this is outside of the scope of our zipForm® 6 Professional application, we are actively working on this issue.
If you are unable to use zipForm® 6 Professional, please use zipForm® Mobile either on your mobile device or via a browser on your computer at no additional charge. zipForm® 6 Standard is also not affected by the recent Java issue. Both programs will allow you to open, edit, and email your zipForm® 6 Professional transactions.
