The C.A.R. offices in Sacramento and Los Angeles will be closed Monday, Feb. 18 in honor of President's Day. The C.A.R. Legal Hotline and the Customer Contact Center also will be closed.
Both offices, the Legal Hotline, and the Customer Contact Center will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 8:30 a.m.
