As the scheduled date and time draw nearer, you may also receive reminder emails. Be sure you have your confirmation email so you can sign on promptly on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time to attend the webinar (see also Maximum Capacity). Attendance Instructions: At the scheduled date and time for a Hot Topics Webinar, go to your confirmation email and click the "Join Webinar" link. If asked, accept the GoToWebinar download.
*Registration Full*: If we reach our maximum capacity for registrations for an upcoming webinar, we will remove the registration link from our website. Even if you cannot register or attend a webinar, you will be able to view a recorded version of the webinar. Recorded webinars generally will be posted below in our Hot Topics Webinars section the business day after the scheduled webinar date.
Maximum Capacity: Even if you successfully register for an upcoming webinar, space for you to attend the webinar is not guaranteed. Hot Topics Webinars are offered to a maximum of 1,000 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Because not everyone who registers will ultimately attend the webinar, we may slightly overbook registrations in our effort to accommodate as many members as possible. To help ensure your attendance after successful registration, promptly join the webinar on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time.
Recorded Webinars: Upon completion of a webinar presentation, we will post the recorded version below, usually the business day after a scheduled webinar.
