California Real Estate magazine (ISSN: 0008-1450) is published monthly, except bimonthly in January/February, April/May, June/July and November/December, by the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, publishers and owners, 525 S. Virgil Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90020. Periodicals postage paid at Los Angeles, CA and at additional mailing offices. Member subscriptions to California Real Estate magazine of $6 are paid with annual dues. Non-member subscription information* is as follows:
  • Annual subscription: $24 per year
  • Annual subscription (outside the U.S.): $44 (includes $20 postage fee)
  • Bi-annual subscription: $40/two years
  • Single copies of California Real Estate magazine: $3/issue(U.S. and Canada)

Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of new subscriptions.
