We at the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) value your membership. When you joined C.A.R., you also became a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR) and are entitled to all the benefits of membership at the state and national level.
Your REALTOR® membership conveys to your clients and peers your personal commitment to the highest professional standards. C.A.R. is dedicated to providing you with the tools necessary to maintain those standards, and enjoy a profitable and fulfilling career. Below, we have highlighted some of the tools and benefits that are available to you with your membership through C.A.R.
Please keep in mind, your membership dues are payable each year on January 1. You will receive a notification via e-mail each year with instructions to pay your annual dues. It is very important to notify the C.A.R. Membership Department with any changes related to your address, phone numbers, and e-mail address, so that you don’t miss any deadlines.
Your invoice will include the following dues:
CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® dues - $214
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® dues - $155
REALTOR® Action Fund - $197 or $49 (Optional) -

To pay your annual membership dues online, simply click on the button below. You will be redirected to NAR's Web site (REALTOR.org) where you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you have never registered on REALTOR.org, you will be required to create a username and password before you can proceed. Your NRDS ID number (member number) is required in order to complete the registration process. After you complete the registration process your dues billing invoice will automatically appear on the screen, and you will the option to pay by credit card or check, using the secure Web site.
