CREPAC and IMPAC Trustees to be Elected: In June, slates
of nominees for CREPAC and IMPAC Trustees and Alternates were presented to
the Directors. The nominees would fill vacancies on CREPAC and IMPAC
that are scheduled to occur with the conclusion of terms, according to the
respective PAC bylaws. The C.A.R. Board of Directors elects the
CREPAC and IMPAC Trustees and Alternates during the October Business
Meeting. Please refer to the June 2009 Summary of Action Items for
notification of the election and the names of the Nominees for Trustee and

Nominations for calREDD™ (CALMLS) Board of
Directors: calREDD™, also known as CALMLS, has announced
nominations to its board of directors. The slate was selected
by a Nominating Committee comprised of seven REALTORS®, four of which are
not CALMLS board members. These nominations are now submitted
to the full CALMLS delegates for a vote. CALMLS delegates are C.A.R.
state directors from each Association of REALTORS® that is either in
contract to be an Authorized Provider or has a current letter of intent on

The CALMLS delegate vote to elect the directors will be held in
conjunction with the C.A.R. directors meetings. The list of
