Regarding:    October Committee Meetings

Our last meeting of the year will be located in the Seaview Room B/C at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Long Beach and is scheduled as follows:

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16        8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17             10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

I would like to welcome the incoming 2009 Strategic Planning and Finance Committee members and congratulate the current members on a very productive and successful year.  Thursday's meeting will end a half hour earlier to allow time to attend the EXPO luncheon.  Therefore, the Thursday meeting will start at 8AM SHARP.  The last half hour of Thursday’s meeting (11:00a - 11:30a) will be “open” to all Directors to come in and ask questions about the 2009 strategic plan.

Please note: We will not be mailing hard copies of the SPF meeting materials, but instead are including them here.  Hard copies will be made available at the meeting.  

Vice Chairs Don Faught and Linda Harrison, Steve White, our Committee Liaison and I are looking forward to seeing all of you in Long Beach!
