Help on the “Commercial Contact” ProgramDear RCA-CI Committee Members:At the January meeting we described the RCA-CI Committee’s objectives. One of the most important ofthese is to build a commercial network of local REALTOR Associations.  This will enable us to share commercial/investment information, ideas, best practices and opportunities across our state.  An essential step in creating this connectivity is identifying “commercial contacts” within each local group. Towards this, we are asking each of you to give us the contact information of two people in your local association, one staff person and one member, to serveas “commercial contacts”.   These will be the people whom we will direct our communications to.Having these contacts will allow us to keep your local group and members better informed of commercial/investment activities and opportunities in your area.If you are a committee member, we ask that you provide these contacts for your region or your association by June 30, 2007.  You may bring this information to the upcoming RCA CICommittee of C.A.R. meeting, or you may forward it to Carmen Petrinca at carmenp@car.org. If you have any questions, suggestions or ideas for the RCA CI Committee, please feel free to contact me at david@charterland.netor 949-752-5263.Thanks for you assistance and support,David Weinstein2007 Chairman, RCA Commercial Investment Committee of the California Association of REALTORS®
