Sergeant at Arms Committee
Welcome to the Sergeant at Arms Committee.  Your commitment to serve as a member of this hard working group is sincerely appreciated.The primary responsibility of the Sergeantsat Arms is to help make the Board of Directors session and other committee meetings run smoothly.  We organize the room for the Board of Directors session, and distribute materials for the Directors.  Our members also assist in the Executive Committee, the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee, the Nominating Committee, and elsewhere as required.Our next meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in in Salon 207 - Second Floor of the MontereyMarriott Hotel.  At that time we will discuss the schedule for the week and make various assignments.Please note that we will meet again on Friday, January 19, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. to begin the set up for the Board of Directors in the Serra Grand Ballroom I/II on Level One of the Monterey Conference Center, which will start that day at 3:00 pm.  We will meet once more on Saturday morning, January 20, at 7:00 am to prepare for the concluding session of the Board of Directors.If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact Chairman Larry Fargher or Rick Shumacher of the C.A.R. staff.Thank you again for your service to the Association.
