FRIDAY, JUNE 9 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. As you see from the agenda, we will continue to scan critical issues as part of our environmentalscan, review the mega issues and strategic business objectives, and provide staff with direction for program development for 2007. Committee members will be receiving a packet via overnight mail this week with the most recent financial statements. In addition, you should be receiving a book next week from Amazon.com entitled Satisfaction by Chris Denove and James D. Power. I am sure that you will find this book a compelling and fun read.
