3. Discussion

B.  Mold relief.
1. Landlords in several jurisdictions continue to experience the threat of mold claims when there is water leakage.

3. Discussion

C. Anti-smoking Ordinances
1. Anti-smoking ordinances or second hand smoke claims can be really troublesome for landlords.
2. An imposing challenge arises for landlords as more and more cities are adopting ordinances which ban smoking in multi-unit housing. Is further evaluation needed, as well as a background paper, for our next meeting?
