State Legislative Issues Report (SLIR) is prepared by the Associations' Governmental Affairs staff for use by C.A.R. policy committees as a foundation for policy development.  All policy committee members are encouraged to use this document as a resource throughout the year.  The current SLIR can be found by clicking here
