Regarding:     September Committee Meetings

Our last meeting of the year will be located in San Jose and is scheduled as follows:

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 22        8:00 a.m. – 11:20 a.m.             Crystal Room, Fairmont Hotel

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23            10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.              Grand Ballroom I/II, Marriott Hotel

I would like to welcome the incoming 2012 Strategic Planning and Finance Committee members and congratulate the current members on a very productive and successful year.  Thursday's meeting will end no later than 11:20a to allow time to attend the EXPO luncheon.  Therefore, the Thursday meeting will start at 8AM SHARP.  We will open up the Thursday meeting at 11:00a, so Directors may come in and ask any questions they may have on the 2012 strategic plan.

Please note: We will not be mailing hard copies of the SPF meeting materials, but instead are including them here.  A limited number of hard copies will be made available at the meeting.  

Vice Chairs John Pinto and Tracey Saizan, David Barca, our Committee Liaison and I are looking forward to seeing all of you in San Jose!
