Happy New Year and welcome to the first C.A.R. meetings for 2010.  We look forward to seeing you in Indian Wells.  Here are some of the events/meetings taking place during the meetings in Indian Wells you need to be aware of:  

The Association Executive Professional Development Seminar will be held on Tuesday, February 2, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Grand Salon Ballroom F/G/H, Hyatt Grand Champions.  A buffet lunch will be served to participants of the seminar from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., in the Grand Salon Ballroom D/E,  Hyatt Grand Champions.

The C.A.R. Presidents Reception for Association Executives and Presidents will be held Wednesday, February 3, from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the Lobby Court Lounge – Lobby Level, Renaissance Esmeralda.

The Association Executives Committee Forum will be held on Thursday, February 4, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Valencia Ballroom I/II – Lower Level, Renaissance Esmeralda. 

The Association Executives Committee meeting will be held on Friday, February 5, 9:00 a.m. – 10:50 a.m., Crystal Ballroom B/C – Lower Level, Renaissance Esmeralda.

The Association Executives Lunch with C.A.R. President, Steve Goddard and C.A.R. EVP, Joel Singer, will be held on Friday, February 5, 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., Malta Room A/B – Lobby Level, Renaissance Esmeralda
