Association Executives Committee
Welcome to the C.A.R. EXPO and Business Meetings in Anaheim. The Following events will take place during the meetings in Anaheim that are of interest for AEs and Presidents:
The AE Professional Development Seminar will take place on Tuesday, October 5, from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, in the Orange County Ballroom Salon 3, Marriott Hotel. There will be a buffet lunch provided for those attending the seminar in the Orange County Ballroom Salon 2, from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.
Media Training for 2011 Presidents will be Wednesday, October 6, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, in the Platinum Ballroom 2, Marriott Hotel. This is the first half of a two part media training program for the incoming Presidents with the second half to be conducted during the January meetings in San Diego.
The 2011 Presidents Orientation, for incoming Presidents and AEs, will be on Friday, October 8, 8:00 am – 9:50 am, in the Marquis Ballroom Northwest, Marriott Hotel.
The Association Executives Committee will meet on Friday, October 8, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, in the Grand Ballroom Salon G/H, Marriott Hotel. Following the AE Committee meeting the AE lunch with Joel Singer and C.A.R. President, Steve Goddard, will be from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm in the Orange County Ballroom 2/3, Marriott Hotel.
Attached is the “Schedule at a Glance” which gives an overview of some of the C.A.R. meetings that are of particular interest to Presidents, Presidents-elect and AEs and can be used as a guide if you are attending these meetings for the first time.
