Housing Element Resources
The housing element is the blueprint for a local community’s housing
needs. REALTORS® are in an excellent position, with their knowlegde
of the community, to provide input into the housing element. The
document, which must by law be revised every five years, provides
REALTORS® with an opportunity to shape local housing policy.
