Transaction Coordination
Fundamentals of Transaction Coordination is a 4 1/2-hour,
live-lecture course which provides a full understanding of the real estate
transaction. Topics include: how the Residential Purchase Agreement
lays the foundation for the transaction, understanding disclosures and when and
why we use them, how escrow and the lending process work together to close the
transaction, and how to be an effective Transaction
Coordinator.
