Course Description:

The California Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA) form is the cornerstone of every successful real estate transaction in the state of California and there are several essential concepts, principles, and facts about this form that all REALTORS® should know. Get detailed instruction about how to properly complete and use the RPA form step-by-step to better serve and protect yourself and YOUR CLIENTS!

This course is Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) accredited for 4 hours of Continuing Education (CE) in Consumer Protection when taken live lecture or learnmyway webinar. CalBRE Sponsor No. 0001. The online correspondence course is not currently approved for continuing education.

    o       Cooperating Broker Compensation Agreement and Escrow Instructions (CBC)
    o       Residential Listing Agreement - Exclusive (RLA)
    o       Seller's Advisory (SA)
