leadershipadvantageThe combined knowledge and wisdom of REALTORS® is impressive.  However, it is only through effective leadership that action can be taken to ultimately benefit buyers, sellers, real estate practitioners, and countless other beneficiaries of the REALTOR® Association’s mission.

The Leadership Advantage is an exploration of the art and science of leadership.  In this one-day course you will actively discuss key ideas and new perspectives, and then exercise the related skills that will equip you to be a more effective leader in your individual business, your brokerage, your community and the industry overall at the local, state, or national level of the Association. 

If you would like to invest one day in expanding skills that apply to what you do every day in your business, whether or not you have ever been in an official leadership role or aspire to be in one, this seminar is for you.
